Beetroot Relish with Star Anise is made from 98% Australian ingredients! It’s awesome on smashed avocado, eggs, steamed vegetables, ploughman platters, bratwurst, roast pork and chicken schnitzel.

Packed with essential nutrients, beetroot has a vivid colour and earthy flavour. Anise myrtle is an Australian native rainforest tree. Traditionally Indigenous people milled the anise myrtle leaves into a vitalising medicinal tonic with liquorice and fresh eucalypt flavours. Anise myrtle is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, calcium, zinc and a good source of folate, lutein, vitamin C, vitamin E and potassium. Also known as ‘anisata spice’, it’s an Aussie substitute for aniseed or star anise.
