The night before IMA’s 40th Anniversary and Silent Auction, we are hosting a public preview of the artworks begin auctioned. The preview starts at 6pm on 22 July and is free and open to everyone.
You can already preview the works online and bid on them through Paddle8’s website. Proceeds will support new exhibition programs and the commissioning of new work to be presented at the gallery.
Please note that the 40th Anniversary Gala event is sold out.
The Institute of Modern Art acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land upon which the IMA now stands, the Jagera, Yuggera, Yugarapul, and Turrbal people. We offer our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the first artists of this country. In the spirit of allyship, the IMA will continue to work with First Nations people to celebrate, support, and present their immense past, present, and future contribution to artistic practice and cultural expression.
