Discover how to give your students engaging experiences with cutting-edge contemporary art with a tailor-made art teachers tour of the Institute of Modern Art.

Join the IMA’s Curator of Public Engagement and educators from Churchie for a morning tour of the finalists’ exhibition of the churchie emerging art prize. ‘the churchie’ brings together the work of 13 artists from across Australia and is one of the country’s leading prizes for early-career artists. Works include paintings, sculpture, video, installation, and more.

Following the tour, hear from exhibition curator Talia Smith via video link as she unpacks the themes of the show. Art teacher resources will be introduced by the team including opportunity for Q&As and discussion.
