The Institute of Modern Art will feature a curated selection of IMA publications, associated ephemera, and archival material at the second annual Melbourne Art Book Fair organised by the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV). The IMA’s pop-up bookstore at NGV International will span our 41-year publishing and exhibition history.

The Melbourne Art Book Fair will have a ticketed preview evening on Friday 29 April from 6-10pm, and will then be open to the public on the weekend between 10-5pm Saturday April 30 and Sunday May 1.

John Feely from Motto IMA bookshop will be at the fair to assist in any inquiries you have regarding the institution and our available publications. For more information about the full program, visit the NGV website.

The Institute of Modern Art acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land upon which the IMA now stands, the Jagera, Yuggera, Yugarapul, and Turrbal people.
