Following the launch of Patrick Staff’sThe Foundation book at Frieze Art Fair in London in mid October, we are launching it at the Motto IMA bookstore on Thursday, 5 November, at 6pm. Please note new date and time.
The Foundation book features texts by Isla Leaver-Yap and Catherine Lord as well as an interview with Staff and the Tom of Finland Foundation’s S.R. Sharp. The publication is a collaboration between the IMA, Contemporary Art Gallery (CAG), Chisenhale Gallery, and Spike Island. It is published by IMA, Mousse Publishing, and CAG.
The Institute of Modern Art acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land upon which the IMA now stands, the Jagera, Yuggera, Yugarapul, and Turrbal people.
